Marc in South Melbourne wearing Mariano Rubinacci 'Marphy' loafers. The Marphy was created during the 60's, initially as a home shoe, before being embraced by artists such as Andy Warhol. The life being celebrated must have been a good one because the mood was bright and Douglas and his friends in fine fettle. Despite our sensitivity, we couldn't walk past this pair of 15yo Ferragamo Loafers without discreetly pleading for a shot.. Douglas' stye with his frames, bowtie, pocket square and socks just perfect.
